Giving the utmost consideration to the safety of your guests, simply do not operate the unit if one of your guests has an electronic implant and is in the vicinity of the unit. Or simply ask them to sit somewhere else if the unit needs to be operated. Realistically speaking, your guest would probably have to lay down on the unit and purposely attempt to get the implant to interact with the field generated by the cooktop. I would say the risk is minimal.
