Youare fortunate to have the electrical outlet located on your porch wall. In addition to lighting, some holiday greens or small ornamental shrubs will look beautiful in daylight as well. The examples above are great inspirations. Just think of what you can do with the 1,800.00 you won’t be spending!

I would get two large planters and place white Christmas trees in them. Add white lights. Silver wreath with white lights. Then let your imagination loose!

Wow.....thank you!!! Love these ideas. Love those leafy greens. Would you just outline my door or hang it inside and outline the entire square area (doors and windows)

Personal, creative, fun finding and be fulfilling And think of the money saved. These ideas will really suit your home; it will be so pretty. I would do the entire area around windows for more impact and it will feel more welcoming. I’d also add large urns on either side by the house vs next to stairs. Sets of large lanterns could be placed next to stairs and sled across the corner by door.

Some great suggestions here. I like the garland in jck's last example. Looks nice around both door and sidelights. The garland in Maureen's first pic is beautiful. Those battery powered lights come in handy...inside and out.
