The shade on the lamp in the photo looks taller than the one you ask about, but otherwise it looks so similar as not to make a difference.

I’m thinking the shade on the lamp in photo might be too long. The one you ask about is still a simple shade & if it’s the correct length/ height, I think it would look good. That is a beautiful Lamp. i did vote ” would look nice”

I know what you mean but one or the other picture must be deceiving. The lampshade on the lamp is 10.75" tall and 12" wide at the bottom. The shade pictured alone is 11" tall and 14" wide at the bottom. Maybe the one on the lamp looks narrower because it's thinner??

No, I’m looking at where shade ends on top of lamp. maybe it’s photo perspective but the shade on lamp looks too low on lamp. Not enough of Lamp “ Stem” is showing. if it’s ok in real life, I like the pleated shade as it adds just a touch of elegance to match that lamp.

@KW, Ohh, yeah, I see. Could be because I was standing and the table is kind of low. I can always use a different harp size if needed. Thanks for your help. I like the elegance factor too. :)
