It’s about $100 a square and up. Similar to quartz in pricing, but with more restrictive prep requirements to achieve “flat” for the surface to which its applied.

Delivery and install logistics come into an apartment use as well. You have to be able to maneuver stairs, elevators, tight turns, hallways, doorways, and everything. Walk the route from the delivery location through to the space, and imagine you’re trying to carry in a piece of plywood.

Not all GC’s will be familiar with it. You need a higher end one. Local Dekton fabricators should know who does a good job to come behind. No quartz behind a range. It’s plastic content will scorch. Dekton is fine. It is ultra compact porcelain.
