The deceiving aspect of that picture is that the line you see on the floor appears to be a grout joint, but it is an expansion joint for the concrete floor. We actually had a dark gray colorant added to the concrete and it gave it that tile like feel. But, no tile. We then sealed the concrete with a simple clear concrete sealer with a matte finish.
