Help! I'm unexpectedly cooking a Thanksgiving turkey at home this year. I'm actually kind of excited to do it in my Miele Combi Steam oven, but I'm scrambling since it's so last minute.

I managed to find a reasonably small turkey (just under 14 lbs) yesterday and have it buttermilk brining as we speak. Now I'm working on sorting out a roasting pan. When I do chickens I just use a cheap flat pan with rack, but not sure if that's the best choice here (hard to imagine a 14 lb turkey fitting on the pan I normally use for my 5 lb chickens). So, what roasting pan do you use and love with your Miele Combi Steam oven? I'd love to find one that I could pick up at Williams Sonoma (my best local option) today or tomorrow....
