try some green pillows

I think overall it looks lovely and very elegant. Maybe I am not seeing the colors properly on my monitor but it looks soothing and really pretty.

Thank you! I agree just wanted some detail.

You seem to have sleep pillows plopped on a velvet quilt?......the color of which is difficult to discern. Reads a bit "pinkiish", against the paper and headboard. If you just bought it, I'd return it.

Try a mix of charcoal and add a blast of white. You need shams.......and one simple accent. A deep plum could be wonderful. You need SHAMS: )

Each item in your room says luxury. Look at all of the design elements here and see how they fit together. Swirls on walls, diamond shapes on headboard, chevrons on quilt. A white cover with a mink color throw might be the simple luxury you are searching . And perhaps change the lamp shades to a soft mink color too. Draw from the colors on your wall. If you want to move away from the monochromatic color scheme, go bold.

IMO the wall paper does not work with the headboard so I would need to know why you have to keep the wall paper. The chevron pattern of the bedding just adds to the confusion.I would do a simple one color no pattern coverlet in either a color from the wall paper (if it has to stay) or a neutral that works with the headboard.I would probably do something like this with that trhow at the end in a color from that wall paper
