What kind of medium do you have them in? Looks kinda heavy, hard to tell from the angle but I also think your container may be to large for that small of a tree

It is a ceramic pot that is about 2.5 feet tall, and about a foot in diameter

Yes I added fertilizer sticks and have them in the soil

I'd say it's a combo of a poor medium and too large of a container which leaves it wet all the time, check for root rot and repot in a much smaller container. What medium are you using?

chlorosis or too much water, soil too alkaline
