Help! Too many 36" range options!

I am in the midst of a full house remodel, and I would love some guidance in choosing a 36" range for my kitchen remodel. I have scoured these boards for the last 72 hours and have fallen down an overwhelming rabbit hole of research. I once wanted all of my appliances to match as my former kitchen was a hodgepodge, but now that is not a concern. I visited Pacific Sales and was encouraged to go with a Kitchenaid or a Thermador range, but these boards have laid out some horror stories with both. Aesthetically, I love the look of ILVE but am concerned about servicing and finding a showroom to see one in person (I am in Los Angeles). I also love the Cafè Line's look but have heard issues with those, and the dealer at Pacific Sales said they are extremely back-ordered due to COVID-19.

My hodgepodge kitchen with my first inexpensive appliance purchases gave me NO issues for the last decade. I did buy a stainless steel refrigerator about 5 years ago, and it has given me no problems, so I intend to keep that. I really am hoping to invest in a range that I can keep for a long time with few issues.

Most importantly is the FUNCTION. I am a baker, though I cook 3-4 times a week for my family of four. I would like a range that can do both but is primarily good for baking/slow cooking. I would love to cap the budget here at 6K. Thank you in advance for feedback and suggestions!
