You all were helpful in the past and I need help again! We are updating our living room into a mix of a Bohemian/ industrial/ urban. Our furniture layout has two main areas, so its awkward. I know the "rules", but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. the couch layout will probably stay this way as we have a faux fireplace on the opposite wall. Eventually getting new L- shaped couch. challenge is, those 2 chairs will eventually go, but it will probably be at least some kind of additional seating area. 1st pic: 5x7 2nd pic: 6x9 and 3rd pic: 8x10 (what we currently have just laid out differently). I didnt want to necessarily cover up the beautiful floors but I want enough rug area to absorb sound and be cozy if were all playing games on the floor or something. I could always get floor pillows etc, but again is there another option I'm missing?
