Hoya Sunrise cutting lost leaf

I got some cuttings over the weekend. I put one in perlite , and the rest in moss, and then placed them on a heating pad and growth light. Yesterday morning I found two lost leaves in the moss box, and this morning the one in perlite also lost leave. It has some roots already. Do you think I lost it?
