Your plant does not look bad. Maybe some mechanical damage here and there. Your long bent over leaf may have been light deprived. Do you plan on repotting in Spring, or maybe fertilizing in the warm growing months?

I think long splits that run vertically can sometimes be due to some irregularities in watering frequency, sometimes if a leaf is pushed into a fold, it will just split.
