Delta/Brizo has lifetime warranty. What is your price point?

Thank you -- Regarding price point, I don't know, what's a reasonable price point?

Well, some people say $250, some $2,500 ;) Mine was around $550, depends on the style and finish also.

Kohler. Lifetime warranty. Free and quick delivery of replacement parts.

Don‘t know what style you’re looking for, but we have the Kohler Artifacts at both main and prep sinks. Really love the looks and functionality...multiple spray types, ergonomic head.

Two years after installation, DH accidentally hit the faucet head while cleaning a cast iron pan, knocking the spray button off. He went to the phone, called Kohler, and 3 days later a new head was delivered to our door, free of charge.

We also have faucets from the Artifacts line in the master bath. All have been problem free, going on 6 years.

I have a cheap a$$ American Standard at my prep sink that was recycled from my pre-remodel kitchen (when I replaced a crummy Kohler with anything I could find at the hardware store). It has performed flawlessly for 10 years. The Hans Grohe at my cleanup sink is less good after fewer years on duty. It cost much more, although it's much bigger.

Faucets are easy to replace. They are not forever commitments (unless you're me, apparently...). The important thing is to determine what style you like so you get the correct number of holes drilled into your counter. If it goes bad or you want something different, it's not a big deal to get a new one. Of course it even easier to get the right one the first time. :P

Also consider spout reach. I would have gotten a matching AS faucet if they had one with the reach I needed. As it is, the match isn't that bad.

I'm sure the folks on this site could be more helpful if you question was narrowed somewhat. Asking what is the most reliable faucet is a lot like asking how high is up. It depend of style, finish, and mostly price point.

However, if you are looking for the best value in a faucet, start with our best faucet value guide for 2019-2020, then go from there to pick a faucet.

just saw reviews for 2020 ...Delta Leland is maybe the sweet spot of price and function. You can pay more for others but this one is just fine. It does affirm: avoid purchase at Big Box Stores. parts inside can and likely are different. Plumbing supply .

Moen and Delta has exceptionally good warranties. Be advised that all of their products are not U.S. made, so review the specs sheet online, before purchasing. They carry products over a wide price range, so check all reviews/spec points ahead of time.

Kohler (and most likely many other brands) require you to retain the original sales receipt as proof of purchase/date.

Brizo and Newport Brass' quality/warranty levels are not what they were 15 plus years ago.

It's generally better to purchase these items from a plumbing supply store.

I've been happy with my Kohler faucets & fixtures. The only thing I wish they would get away from is the rubber "button" to change from spray to stream. On my Vinnata, the button started looking a bit "ragged" a couple of years ago, but Kohler sent me a new faucet head for free when I called about it. My faucets have been in for almost 13 years now and other than the "button" issue on the Vinnata, they've been problem free in that time. (I have a Kohler Vinnata pulldown at my cleanup sink and a Kohler Fairfax pullout for my prep sink.)
