Smoothing out spray foam roofing

We had spray foam roofing installed on a mid century flat roof house. The section of the lower porch roof is lumpy and terrible looking. It looks like snow drifts sticking up well above the drip edge. The roofing company has not done anything about it for months. Can it be sanded? Any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

I will have to get some. We had some way back in June when it was done, but I can't find them. Until then just imagine a four foot by ten inch roof with lumpy frosting or fake snow drifts. Like literally if you were eye level with the drip edge they stick up above it in a rolling hills kind of fashion.
