They are fine. The space between them should be just the width of one of the frames. Very nice space.

I love the way this looks... I would consider a small black table in place of the metal mosaic top one. I think maybe a more substantial lamp would help too. Maybe like a mercury glass with a crisp white rectangular shade to offset the round of the chairs. I would also add a small lumbar pillow to each chair... maybe in the blue ring of the area rug. Add some of the colors of the rug with pillows on the sofa, I think it will connect the 2 areas. You have great style, I would just pull it all together a little more.

I think since the darker wall is the eye-catching wall, I would switch the 2 prints to hang over the sofa and bring the large, lighter painting onto this dark wall.

I, too, would put the two over the sofa and the tree over the two chairs.

The pictures/wall are too dark together and 2 chairs, 2 pctures, 2 many pairs.

I agree with Beverly - large print over the chairs and 2 prints over the sofa. I would also eliminate the too small, scruffy white rug from under the great looking chairs and get a table with more presence for between the two chairs. Unfortunately the great color of the accent wall makes the other walls look unfinished. Maybe down the road consider painting the rest of the room a lighter version of the accent color. If the plant is real get a larger pot (straw basket would be nice) to add more weight and presence - if it's fake toss it.
