Interesting suggestion. Could be that "mine" are just going over, as they don't appear to be as 'round' but more flattened vertically. (If that makes any sense :-)) )

There are many variations in forms of R. elegans, and quite a few species of red Ruellias. They are often tolerated as a greenhouse weed, and there can be a multitude of shapes under a single bench.

I learns something every day and today is a great learning one. :-))
