Is this variegation or mosaic virus?

My boyfriend found this monstera at pike nurseries today and thought it was varigated. I have a couple varigated deliciosa but no adansoniis and didn’t know if this was variegation or the mosaic virus. The plant looks healthy with new growth all over it. Thanks!
