I've added a photo of the space based on a room designer program. You can get an idea of the window placement and size. I threw in a few items just to see what could work, but didn't get very far.

No wood on walls in a bathroom. Showers benefit from doors because they keep shower areas warmer and help contain moisture. If you don’t need two sinks don’t put two. Lay down countertop is valuable in relatively small bathrooms. Use differing sizes of drawers for base cabinets. “Wet room” bathrooms are not easy to manage. We lived in Europe with one and it was a nightmare. So contain water and use waterproof materials. Specific measurements are vital. Keep providing info.

It's currently not gutted but will be. Plumbing most likely can be moved. I'd prefer not to move the door or install a pocket door unless a good case could be made to do so.

I've attached a few inspiration photos. We plan to do most of it ourselves, but are open to hiring out certain trades. Material wise (not labour) - estimate would be around $10k. I can attach photos of the space shortly.

Moving toilet is usually most difficult and expensive. Are you on a slab or have basement or crawl space under bathroom space. How high off the floor is the window? Not sure of it’s exact location?

Rough first layout. Assumes you can move toilet. A half wall would provide a bit of privacy. Big shower. Seat wall attached teak. Each square is equal to one square foot.
