Square up with house vs maximize space- pool and p-house design????

We have small backyard- odd pie shape- putting in pool and pool house. Architect designed along fence to maximize space. Interior decorator wants to shift to square with house. We need to decide in couple days.
Architect says can square up pool with pool house and that is fine.
See photos and advise on thoughts. Top one is zoomed out- then bottom 2 are closer views..pool house along fence- and then squared with house.
