Mysterious architectural style

Baffled by what architectural style to label this house, which has been referred to as a “manor” home and was built sometime 1895-1905. It’s located in Southeastern PA. Is it Victorian? Arts and Crafts? Would also love to hear suggestions for alternate paint/stain colors for that blue front porch, which just doesn’t fit in with the rest of the exterior in my opinion. Thank you!!
