Pan? Any ideas for use?

Does anyone have any idea what this pan is used for? I've had it for over 30 yrs, never used it once because I have zero clue why or for what I would use it.

Undoubtedly it once had some companion pieces--"But wait, there's more!!" Probably the special Christmas season "as sold on TV" special some year. I'd send it to a new home.

My favorite such gimmick was the device from the '50's that electrocuted hot dogs You poked an electrode in each end and ran house current through them to heat them up. What could go wrong?
