My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

base of shower - semi-curbless

Hi, was the base of the shower built up so that there would not be a “step over” curb? If so, could you tell me why this was desired, etc? Thanks in advance.

    A true curb-less shower was desired, however the required drop in the floor framing below was not possible due to site conditions. We felt this a smoother transition than a typical curb, especially when using a smaller hex pattern which doesn't adapt well to curbs.
