Sectional decision help

I have narrowed down my sectional search to Crate and Barrel Axis II, and PB Pearce. I’ve tested, and liked both. The only my thing that gives me pause on Pearce is the bad reviews and horror stories about Pottery Barn couch cushions.

I scored a new address coupon for both- 15 percent for PB and 20 percent at C&B

Neither company is receiving great reviews of late. You'll see other posts where buyers were grossly misled re: delivery date of their costly furniture orders, and the decline in the caliber of workmanship/warranties.

And no to sectionals in general. Rethink the entire thing.

We ordered an Axis and it arrived damaged. They are letting us keep it while the new one is being made. So far I am much more impressed with CB than PB. PB imo has really dropped quality on their furniture. I bought a dining set from them and it's not great.
