I would have barstools like they did then put in a circle table and chairs in the bottom center of the room. Then, I would have an l shape sectional if the space allows curving around to face the wall on the left side, where where I would mount a tv, and oriented towards the balcony. Behind the side of the couch closer to the dining room table I would have a sofa table or buffet for use in the dining room. In the space to the right of the bedroom door I would have a bookcase or shelves, piece of artwork or even a desk if the space permits. Hope this helped!
