Good luck with that. The tile manufacturer should have use and cleaning information available. Check their website. They are the only source you should use for this. What did you learn about the tile before installing it? You did make sure that it was meant for showers, right?
Be sure you have an excellent vent fan in this room and that it is used during and after every shower. Mold or mildew will not be easy to remove without ruining a pearl’s outer coating.

Thanks Nancy yes its was approved for shower. My problem is finding a cleaning agent. I read a few articles stating no.harsh chemicals, basically mild detergent and warm water...but again I can't find a mild detergent with no acid or ammonia.

Mild detergent = dishwashing liquid.

Try using dawn. It cleans a whole lot of things.

Most tile shops I've worked with do not recommend MOP for wet locations. Is it really MOP or some iridescent ceramic tile?

Whoever did your tiling did not do a good job installing this mosaic. You should not be able to tell where the sheets come together. You are supposed to remove some individual tiles to "weave" the sheets together and avoid the square grid look.
