My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen Upgrades suggestion needed

We are buying a builder home and I have the final design center appointment next week.

White kitchen in the pictures attached is the layout of our kitchen. Here are the upgrades I am opting. Please suggest any other to make it beautiful and functional.

1. Change paint color Graphite(grayish black) - $2000

2. Cabinets to ceiling $2500

3. Change lower cabinets to pullout drawers - $500

4. Add appliance garage next to microwave - $500

5. Upgrade sink and faucet.

6. Upgrade countertop to Quartz - $2300

7. Added cabinets behind island - $800


Default is under cabinet vent which I didn't like, I wanted a sleek stainless steel vent hood with backsplash tiles till ceiling. But its breaking the bank. Vent itself is $2000.
