What is the material of the window sash? Are they painted wood or are they vinyl? I love the colors!

Hi, They are custom Mustard Yellow painted aluminum clad windows by Sierra Pacific.

Was the paint added in the production process? I’m curious because we are about to purchase new windows for our entire house and I’m wondering how aluminum might hold up to a paint change later on. Thanks!

Yes, the windows were ordered in this color. I’d be hesitant to try to paint alum clad windows after the fact, but it probably could be done.
