I just had a beautiful copper sink installed last week and now noticing some minor bluish-green spots wiping off here and there. I figured out that when my dish soap sits on the sink surface for a bit, it creates a bluish-green residue that is noticeable when wiping off with a paper towel. It can easily be wiped or rinsed off, and I don't think it's a big deal.

To all the copper sink owners: Have you noticed this too? Do you have a favorite dish soap that works well?

We really love the sink and want to just embrace the patina and color changes! But I couldn't find anything regarding this specifically, and wanted to see if others have experienced this too or have a fave dish soap they use. Thank you!!!
