Can bed go in front of window? You do not give us measurements of the space.

Room is on a smaller side and I have a queen bed. dont want to obstruct the floor to ceiling window by that.

Are you the only occupant of this bedroom? If so, I would put the bed parallel to the window but not centered on that long wall. A queen mattress is 60" wide x 80" wide (add inches depending on your bed frame). The bed could be 30" from the bathroom wall (small chest/nightstand) leaving approximately 4 feet on the side closest to the window. Since your room is so narrow and gets even narrower down toward the window end, this layout also helps ease the tightness at the wall jog outs. This larger space near the window might then accommodate a compact yet comfortable chair to take advantage of your view.

On the other hand, you could move the bed closer to the window, leaving a larger area closer to your closet for dressing. Since your bathroom vanity is so small, you might want to add a dressing table on one or other sides of the bed for applying makeup and doing your hair.

Without more information about you and your lifestyle, it is difficult to be more specific. If you'd like to be able to visualize layouts, get yourself some graph paper and cut out pieces of furniture to scale. This will give you a better sense of what each scenario would look like.
