My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell me the depth of the creative storage spaces in the upper cabinet for the microwave and coffee “bar”?

    I believe they were 24" deep because the specs for the built-in coffee maker called for that depth. Typically the upper part of the hutch would be much shallower.
