Kitchens Plumbing Design Dilemma

Ideas for modernizing this kitchen

How to I modernize this kitchen and make it more functional? The sink is currently squished in the corner and is quite small. I was thinking somehow moving it to the window wall an installing a counter along that wall? Is that even possible (plumbing?)? What would be the first projects that would give me the biggest bang for my buck from a design perspective?

I don’t think your kitchen is bad, tbh. Yes, some things may appear to be out of date, it certainly isn’t the most colorful, but it’s not horrible. The paint color doesn’t really coordinate with your cabinets or counters. I’d prefer stainless appliances over white. But all in all, I’d probably wait until you’re ready to invest in a more full blown Reno.
