Help with Master Bathroom

We have a master bathroom design that we're not quite sure we like but also stuck coming up with any alternative ideas. We want to keep the bedroom, bath,

and shower (wet area) at the back end of the house. We also want to keep the access of the bathroom, closet, and laundry room together. What we're particularly unsure about is the toilet. We do want the toilet separate but the access to it seems tight and possibly difficult to access as we age. Also, the area in front of the vanity may/may not be, tight for people to walk around. We really want to keep to the current exterior wall shape and avoid any unnecessary.

Your laundry room and your WIC seem much larger than you probably need if you use organizers to get the most out of your spaces. I'd push the wall into the laundry and closet space by at least a foot. That gives your WC a bit more breathing room. I also think the shower area of your wet room is pretty large, unless you're planning to put a second shower head on the wall opposite where the current showerhead is located.

But, overall, I'm really not a fan of walking into the master closet from the bathroom. Maybe flop the wet room location with the WIC. Keep the bed on the same wall but just shift it down toward the entry by about 3 feet. Then you could put the door to the closet near the corner where the nightstand currently is. The beauty of flopping the Wet room/WIC is that the tub/shower can share a plumbing wall with the laundry room.
