Nothing on the ledge and do not paint it

Great room. Very funky. That huge clock would drive me crazy in the bedroom!

What is on the wall facing the bed? That ledge is pretty cool, and I would use that on the wall with the clock. I'm not wild about the batten panel on the wall with the clock; I think it should be the same as the other two walls (adding ledge). If you have your heart set on it, can you use it on the wall we can't see? I'm assuming there is a door(s) there.

Would need to see a pic of the wall facing the bed. Cool space, the ledge alone. In my opinion it the clock and chalkboard window (?) detract from the cool vibe you have going. Maybe a rustic abstract would better replace the 'window'? If it's a real window, would be better without the quote...
