Awww thats such a bummer.... Were you planning on having them completely closed most of the time or rolled up? If you were going to have them rolled up, they will probably be ok. If not, you'll probably have to bite the bullet and purchase anotherr one. I'm sorry. Thats stinks.

Probably rolled up during the day and down during dinner. It looks like they only come in one length unless you buy custom ones at Lowe’s. The price jumps from 134 to over 500! I’m not sure I can justify that for 6 more inches.

I totally get it. Are you hanging sheers with it like in the second pic? Perhaps, just closing the sheers over the shade will be enough?

Is there an overlap at the top of the blind? If you show us a picture of the top and bottom of the blind and/or link to the product online, we may be able to offer some suggestions. What is the window size? Home Depot has 72X72 for $111.
