I look at it as just an idea to think about. ANY container with a good lid can be transformed into the same type of thing. Heck a small wooden box with a hinged lid can be transformed. These can be bought in a craft supply store, along with other shapes of containers. Use your imagination! You may be surprised at what you come up with! Have fun!!!!!! Rosie

It's not practical for actual sewing but I think it would do as a basic repair kit for someone who doesn't sew.

I like the idea of using a piece of old china because those things otherwise don't get used and I have an unhealthy love for old dishes. Of course I already have loose buttons in odd places...
