Should I accept this transportation damage?

Just yesterday my brand new kitchen got delivered. The cabinets were packaged well as they were transported overseas. The installers found three very slightly damaged doors and they will be changing them at the company's cost. While looking around to find any other possible damages, my partner and I came across what seemed to be fingerprint smudges on some cabinets. They are only visible under certain lighting and they can be barely seen unless you get up close to the cabinet. The installers suggested I wipe the cabinets with a damp cloth as they seemed to be fingerprints from the handling. However, when I tried to wipe them down, the actual fingerprints disappeared but these strange smudges remained. The installers said that it could be that where the packaging rubbed against the cabinetry during transportation, the packaging polished the semi matte finish off. To me that explanation makes sense. My worry is that these smudges didn't come off, but the installers did not include them in the report of damaged doors.Should I open a complaint with the cabinet company and expect the doors to be changed or should I try to find a solution myself?
