Stain does not “disappear” unless you’re scrubbing with abrasives and gallons of water. Dry dusting should be 95% of how you care for kitchen furniture. A damp, not wet, microfiber, with a bit of detergent for the other 5%.

Yes that is all I use. There are some parts of wood you can see and feel the raw unfinished wood.

Where are you located? Have any neighbors experienced your situation? Have you checked online reviews of your builder/cabinetry? It's difficult to imagine wood insects leaving a white mark, but nothing is impossible. Was the cabinetry left to adjust in your home prior to installation, in correct humidity level? What items have you used on the cabinetry? Why was the wood left "raw" as opposed to having a factory applied finish?

I only use warm water with a bit of dawn dish washing liquid. I actually had two extra doors in a new box and just opened them and they too had same thing and in some areas it looks like the cabinet didn’t even see stain. Good idea about Schrock reviews I will check. I would never buy it again. We are in the northeast. And there is no sun that hits the cabinets at all. Down the road will have to restrain or paint I guess.

Sorry to be the bearer of really freaky news because it happened to me years ago. I'm pretty certain it's spider poop. Sometimes you'll see tiny black spots which is what I had on a white windowsill. Teeny tiny. Fun, huh? Not sure what kind of spider though, should be interesting to look it up. Google white spider poop then look at images.
