HI! Lovely tile and vanity! I think white is going to be best. You might be able to do something like this blue tile on the other shower walls but stick with large white floor tiles.

Here is an idea for the shower floor and maybe the whole floor that might be fun.

You can mix colours of penny tile....here are two examples. This turquoise might work with your chosen tile, but penny tiles come in lots of colours so you could like find something that works.

I love your picks! I think white would be fine especially once you add in your accessory pieces, lighting, mirrors, etc.

I think the accent shower wall fights with the vanity and IMO in a small space keep it simple.
