Hi, I recently noticed a few days ago that my palm's leaves were looking unusual. They now had a mass of white stippling over their leaves, top and bottom. On the underside there are a few black and white dots. The stippling doesn't seem to be very 3D, but there are a few spots that do seem like they are more 3D and not just the leaf's discoloration. I looked into scale infestation or powdery mildew, but I am still unsure what the culprit is and how to treat it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
