So without doing exterior work I would just black out that window and get a fabulous mirror to hang over it or in your case since you are doing 2 sinks just do a nice large mirror over them both and just ignor the window or wahy not a trough sink with 2 faucets and that fab mirror over the new sink.I think you need to maybe give us some idea of your style but I will say the vanity you show is not goof for stogae witht hose tiny drawers and there are so many ways to get awesome stogae with drawers and no regular cupboards that make storage just a PITA. I have to sy I do not like make up areas in bathooms they are IMO a date didea nad never the best place to store makeup To ma neo angle shower is great in a smll space but you have tons of space to have areally great large shower .Maybe post the plan showing the measurements and some really helpful ideas about your style.This is a trough sink that could be amazing.

We have an 18" wide window between our two vanity sinks- we love it. It goes down to roughly counter height, we have the wall on both sides covered in plate mirror.
