LVP Flooring Prestige Contract + Any experience?

Has anyone used Prestige LVP Flooring, more specifically Ff Contract +? I really love the color Inland, but it makes me nervous not to see any pictures of it, besides one stock photo. It looks so beautiful in person on the sample and on the stock photo. I just don’t want anything that has too much variation in color or looks streaky. I thought I was set on Provenza Finally Mine (after going back and forth with that and First Crush), but my husband mentioned he didn’t like all the textured scratches in the samples, and I agreed. Inland is very similar in color, but the sample looked much nicer, from what we could see. Not as distressed, so I think it might have more longevity and versatility. Any thoughts on the brand or color would be great. I’d really love to see if anyone has any pics or even knows of a place to place this brand on a pic of our floors to see what it would look like would great! Thanks.

IMO buy a box bring it home and layout the flooring in your space . All the pics in the world will not tell you how it works in your house with your stuff and lighting.. In these pics I find the color kind of dead.

Thank you! Maybe I should. I have the sample here and it is very pretty. It is just hard to see how much variation it will have.

What flooring did you decide to use? I am looking at similar products.

    Thank you for responding.

I really liked the look and feel of Prestige too and was surprised not to see much about it online. The guy who installs said it was very high quality, without the luxury name brand price.

Life got crazy and we actually put our project on hold. I’ll have to come back to it later with fresh eyes.

Here is another one I am considering that has the same low variance. I wonder if you might like it also.

I have ordered “Coquina” from the Coastal collection. Here is a box of it laid out in front of my fireplace. The fireplace tile is being replaced with a white tile. “Coquina”was one of the few lvp that I found that didn’t have a lot of yellow tones in it, but was still lighter overall and complimented my paint and tile flooring.
I have dark furniture and oriental rugs. Going lighter was a better choice for our home.
The reviews were few, but promising.
If the flooring ever gets here, I will post photos.

Coquina - did your we receive your flooring? Has it been installed yet? I’d love to see photos if so. 😊

Here you go! Love the flooring. Just sweep and use a microfiber mop with Bona floor cleaner.

As an installer, for over 25 years, I can honestly say there is a reason you cannot find this product installed on line anywhere. It's crap. You will break the tongue off every other piece during install meaning you ether compromise the install or it will cost you double in material. Buy something else. That is the absolute best review I can give this crap.

I agree with Sean Pierce. We were told this product was just as good as a more expensive one we wanted. After it was installed, we had to get some boards replaced and found out they were just glued down. A few months later more boards started peeling up on the ends so we got a lot of them replaced. Two days later the ends starting coming up again in some areas. We are going to the flooring place today to pick out better flooring for the same price of this crap.

Used this trash in an upper-end rental house. Started cupping after a few months. Eventually it curled so bad we had to replace it. Original installer (large company) came out and checked the moisture in slab, was not the problem. Will never use this product again!!
