I am building a new home with David Weekley. My first design appointment is not until Feb 15th (signed a contract two weeks ago) because they are SO backed up right now.

My question is, for those of you who have built with them recently (Houston area or Texas at least) how much did they charge you to lay floor tile in the "brick" or offset pattern?

And were there any level tiles that automatically come in that pattern without paying them extra to lay it in this pattern, instead of just in straight rows?
