After 5 plus years it was time to do a little refreshing of the master bedroom bedding. I opted for a couple quilted coverlet sets instead of a big fluffy comforter set for their ease of washing and lighter weight versatility. If we get cold, its easy to pull up the velvet coverlet. I wanted a bit more layered bedding look instead of a super matchy looking comforter set this go round. I'm pretty happy with the results. Its lighter and brighter and has a sleeker, bit more sophisticated look. This was a fun, quick project I was able to do while we are in the slow, messy process of fixing walls in what is going to be our new laundry/downstairs mudroom.
