Hi All,

I joined this group due to my increasing concern for my fiddle leaf fig (Ficus lyrata). I have had this plant for three years and haven’t run into any issues until now.

The leaves of my plant are turning brown, starting from the outermost region of the leaf and moving inwards. There is no brown spotting, just entire patches of the leaf turning brown. I have noticed that the lower leaves have gone first, however it seems to be spreading up the plant now, with some of the higher leaves affected. Some of the younger leaves on one of the offshoots have also turned yellow instead of brown. I have repotted into new soil recently concerned about root rot, but the all the roots seem to be okay.

I have checked the plant for pests but haven’t found any. My other plants in close proximity haven’t been affected either.

Please help, any advice would be much appreciated.
