The rest of our new home will be hardwoods on the first floor (except for powder room). The 14x12 sunroom will have windows on three sides, with heat and a/c, french doors opening to the kitchen/family room and a sliding glass door to the deck.

We are considering either extending the hardwood floor in the sunroom, changing the design of the hardwood to a herringbone pattern or a ceramic tile.

It will be a fairly busy spot because we have two dogs that are in and out of the house a lot, so whatever we get will need to hide the dirt.
