Move the top shelf below the bottom shelf. Maybe the 4 pictures would work over the TV. Try taping paper to the wall to see how that works. Decor should be at a visible height not up at the ceiling. Use the top of the door on the right as a guide

A couple of things:

--Get a wide, low white media cabinet the width of that wall so you get a streamlined look and add function so you can put away some of the clutter on the current cabinet.

--Rehang the frame photos over the TV set on the right to take focus off the black TV screen.

I like your shelves and how you have things arranged. It looks interesting.

A couple of ideas:

Moving the cool pictures on the left to above the TV instead, and replacing those with one long vertical piece of art (or nothing):

I like your style!

Shelves just have to be balanced and appropriately sized art would do the trick. A modern piece with rust, grey and black would look great in room. May want to tape out size on wall to define the right size.

Items hung too high are a pet peeve of mine 🥴, so had to comment. The four prints ending up so close to ceiling are way too high and I’d move them down about 6 or so inches. The prints over couch are also too high and again 6 inches would make them feel more connected.
