Help with Bathroom layout please?

We're in the process of remodeling our home, including the master bathroom. We previously took the only bathroom on the main floor, which was a jack-and-jill set up between the hallway and the master bedroom, and by eliminating a hall closet, we were able to create a separate 3/4 hall bathroom, and the master bathroom.

We're now looking at eliminating the front hall entirely, and taking a portion of it to create a separate shower for the master bath. My concern is that the room still looks like it will feel crowded with the layout I've come up with. Does anyone have any suggestions? We have a lot of flexibility with layout within the room. The door location shown is where the door is currently, but we would move it down to center it between the tub and the vanity. The random rectangle across from the toilet would be linen closet. We could make the shower addition area 60" wide instead of 48", by taking space from a kitchen pantry, if necessary.

Total length of the longest wall is 166", the left side wall with the door is 84", the wall with the vanity and toilet is 106".

Thanks so much for any ideas or insights.
