Tony Taupe SW 7038 turned purply-pink under my porch (both south west side and north east)! It's also a lot more gray in real life.

I ended up choosing Taupe Tone SW 7633, instead.

Hey! Not sure what part of FL you're in, but most of the time you have to go to the county and pick one of their approved colors. I would say check with your HOA (if you have one), but they will most likely defer you to the county.

As for your wall, I see them everywhere in older neighborhoods and I have no idea what the use is. If it were me I would tear it out and expand your landscaping bed.

I disagree with Jamie about the wall. I think you are on the right track to make it solid and highlight the “pillars.” Although it is short, it gives the illusion of some privacy when sitting on the porch. After your new windows and paint, I would suggest filling in the area between the wall and your porch with pavers or some other kind of hard surface. Then your chairs don’t have to be up against the front of your house. In other words, make a small patio of the area. I also agree with taking the grass out of the small portion along your walk where the small tree is located and fill it with low plants. Your house is attractive and your grass is gorgeous!
