I'm not sure how the layout of the room is, but could you set the 2 sofas like a sectional, closer in, then the back wall could have a console table, desk, large piece of art or ? That way, you would have a more intimate conversation area, and a possible focal point on the back wall, depending on what you did back there.

The chair next to the sofa and the loveseat next to the mirror need to go. It appears the set is all leather or microfiber, it's hard to tell by the picture. Either way, it's all beige. I would center 2 chairs in a great fabric on the cocktail table. A rug to scale will also help. Can't tell if there is room enough to bring the loveseat at the end of the room forward. If there is room, bring it forward off the wall and add a console. You can lamp the console with tall lamps, and put 2 ottomans under it for more seating if needed.

I would eliminate one of the love seats and angle the chair next to the sofa. Add art to the back wall with colors from a larger area rug. Paint the back wall a darker blue gray color. Needs a bookcase or pictures on the far wall with a table under it.

I would love to see the window OPEN. Get rid of the love seat that is on the wall by the propped mirror. Turn the couch in front of the window around and float it in that area. The back of the couch would be ABOUT where the edge of the rug is now. Pull the rug closer to the window and center the coffee table there, too. Angle the chair toward the couch once it gets place at the edge of the window. Leave the end table and lamp by the chair and THAT can be in the window area. Leave the other love seat against that wall, but bring it down to almost touch the end table that is there. Put the tall plant in the corner where the chair was. Try the console table where the plant is now.
