It is perfectly fine to have the doors be different but match the rest of your house or to match your front door. But they will do to different thing. If you keep the doors you have in the rest of your house, the front door will pop. Remember the song one of these things is not like the other? Same concept. If you make them match, the corner, not the door, will stand out. This is less commonly done unless it's to balance out a room with awkward dimensions or placements.

Personally I'd do the white doors.

I have decided to change to white however in the instance where closet is next to shaker door I was thinking instead of raised panel which is throughout house and not near front door, I would do shaker style to match front door. Do you think that would be ok or should I just stay with the raised panel?

I would change out the doors to match the other raised panel doors and paint them the same too. You can spray the door cups black to match the front door hardware, but I think I would just leave the front door to stand on its own.
